This course provides students with skills to use a person centred approach to assist with early childhood care services, to assist with their education and encourage safe learning environment. Students who demonstrate competency in all units of competency will be granted a full nationally recognised Certificate III qualification.
We train our students to build skills in making judgements in relation to individual support in aged care as well as taking responsibility for their contributions to people’s lives.
Our students demonstrate a range of factual, technical, procedural and theoretical knowledge of the concepts and practices required to provide children-centred support.
The course combines both theory and practical training, with the bulk of the learning and assessment in the workplace where learners will be practising newly acquired knowledge through delivery of skills in areas relating to early childhood education and care.

Learn moreThe BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business, is a nationally recognised qualification. This course reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. These individuals may have general management accountabilities. Individuals in these roles carry out complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise. They may undertake technical research and analysis and will often contribute to setting the strategic direction for a work area.
The course is suited to individuals who are responsible for the supervision and leadership of a team or work area (including by managing staff performance and making staffing decisions).
Completion of this course may open a career pathway in small and large business across a range of industry sectors or government.
Successful completion of this course can also be a pathway to pursue other advanced diplomas qualifications, or graduate certificate/ graduate diploma qualifications with 3 years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level of leadership and management responsibility and/or complexity in an enterprise. Alternatively, the students will be able to access the appropriate employment.

Learn moreOur Certificate IV in Ageing Support course is designed for international students seeking to work in; working in; or who have studied in the Aged Care sector; as well as people with care or community service experience looking to advance their skills. This qualification address work primarily in residential facilities, or homes within defined organisation guidelines and service plans.
During the course you will learn to carry out activities related to maintaining an individual’s wellbeing through personal care and other activities of good living. You will also learn to provide services to individuals with complex needs, and work with groups of older people.

At this level, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Workers are usually providing direct support to individuals or groups of individuals. Workers may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers and/or case management; program coordination or the development of new business opportunities.

Students will also develop skills and knowledge in managing teams, work relationships, continuous improvement, professional development, and workplace learning.
