The HLT37315 Certificate III in Health Administration aims to produce ‘work-ready’ graduates who have acquired the knowledge and experience to assist in obtaining employment within the health industry and who will meet the requirements of the training package.
Graduates of this course will be equipped with the cognitive and analytical skills, judgement, and decision-making abilities necessary to succeed. These skills will be practised and applied through simulation-based assessment activities, reflective learning opportunities and group work.
The course also encourages graduates to be advocates of lifelong learning and ethical practice through membership of professional groups and organisations, and industry peak bodies. It will provide students with the skills and attributes to continue to further study (including undergraduate studies).
Through the acquisition of core learning, the development of critical skills and thinking, and through the development of ethical practice and professionalism the course will enable students to achieve their own goals and ambitions.
