This real estate course is a partial completion of CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate). Once you successfully complete this course, you will be able to work as a fully licensed real estate agent throughout the ACT. Once you have received your statement of attainment, you can apply to Access Canberra for your Real Estate Licence.
Entry requirements for the Real Estate Licensing Course (ACT) vary depending on the institution but generally include completion of Year 12 with a minimum ATAR, VET pathway courses or prior experience.
