Life Coach Courses

A Life Coach works with clients on a range of either personal or professional issues. You might support clients to reach a particular goal or change something about their life or career. You’ll speak with your client to find out what might be stopping them from achieving their goals and then help them come up with a plan to make their changes happen. A Life Coach will often help clients understand their own behaviour and attitudes and how they are impacting their life choices.

Being a Life Coach requires excellent listening skills. You’ll need to be empathetic and good at understanding people’s behaviour and choices. Life Coaches need good communication skills and should be able to work with a wide range of people. You’ll need to be a good problem solver and be very supportive.
