Our story began in 1981, when Hannie and Bob Biggs founded Hanrob Pet Hotels in Sydney’s South. As the Hanrob brand quickly became synonymous with professional, trusted pet care, the next step for Hannie and Bob was to found their education branch, securing an RTO for Hanrob Dog Training Academies, and working with individuals, organisations and Government agencies to train and educate those working with animals in companion animal care.

Pet Professionals Australia (PPA) offers courses the ACM40317 - Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services in three major Australian cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) where students can develop their knowledge in the Companion Animal Services industry. PPA offers practical training supportwith highly skilled trainers to support students to learn and be confident and ready for industry engagement upon successful completion.
