To participate in practical classes the student must provide and wear kitchen approved footwear, chef specific pants, white chefs jacket, white bib apron and white skull cap. A basic knife kit will also be required for practical sessions. Suggested knife kits and uniforms will be provided on enrolment.

The forklift licence is valid in every Australian state and territory, enabling you to operate high risk equipment under consistent standards everywhere in Australia.
Students need to be over 18, have a good command of the English language, and must supply their own work clothes including boots. Photo ID is also required. Please note $60 is to be paid to Worksafe to collect the licence on completion paid via Australia Post. 2 Passport pictures are required to complete the application, these can be done at Australia Post. Graduating students will be WorkSafe compliant, once they receive their licence. This qualification is valid in Australia.
